Hey guys, like I said I'm sorry to bother you I have cleared and uninstalled everything each time. This happens when I open up Rs Center and hit the alone option. I'm not stupid when it comes to computers and searching for a fix, but this has me totally dumbfounded. I sent a pic up the error to you...

There is a problem, I try to download the tool but it keeps getting stopped giving me a virus threat. How do I get around this?

... it would load but popup shows "View pack configuration file invalid". I am not sure of what the problem is with my RSRBR ...
