Someone Knows how to make work 3d studio max 5 under Windows 7?? or... by the way... There is another 3d studio version compatible with ''maxExporter'' pluging?

The exporter works only with Max 5 I think (I tried with newer versions without success). On windows 7 I think you'll have to download and install XP mode which is basically a virtual machine (with better functionnalities than standard windows virtual PC).

I use virtualbox for rendering, because my render system not work on 64bit and it is work perfect. And it is free, i think win7 xp mode is not free.

I try max exporter with max7,8,9 but not want to work :( I dont try to install max5 to my win7, I only have it in my old pc wich has xp, but now not work.

XP mode is free. It's provided with windows 7, but maybe only for professional editions I don't know. The fact is that I use it a lot on my professionnal laptop because I have old hardware (printer and scanner) which have no drivers on windows 7.

max5 fonctionne seulement avec directX 8 et moin cas la raison du non fonctionnement sur les nouvelle plateforme ( os) comme win 7, 8  o|:)
