tu ouvre ton fichier external_transparent.dds

ouvrir votre fichier _external.dds

- ctrl + l : outil histogramme
- ctrl + i : négatif

Open the photoshop tuto part, do not hesitate to ask questions for more details ...

Before you begin the tutorial itself, here are some useful keyboard shortcuts  ...
Look in the tutorials I will use the shortcut to explain... and at the as that I like on this post...

- T : text tool
- B : brush tool
- G : paint bucket or gradient tool
- M : selection tool
- V : arrow tool selection
- S : ink bottle tool

- D : allows to submit two original colors (foreground in black and white second plan)
- X : swap colors (foreground and background)

TRANSPARENT GLASS

First small explanation, the alpha channel is used to implement transparency in textures, it has been created to reduce the calculation of the 3D file, its principle is simple,
- she works in grayscale ...
- is black is transparent
- it is white it is visible...

Open photoshop ...

Open file external_transparent.dds

To change the name on the glass-3 tools

Take the Eyedropper, choose the color of Windows, and then use the brush to erase the name...
After, to the text tool and put his name... choose size and font (make attention to the provision on some cars)

Then, look in the layers (there is a big red arrow)

There is always the old name, therefore resume pipette, the brush and clear the name...

Then, put his name to make it not transparent

Several methods, me I use ctrl + click on the layer
ctrl + click on a layer in photoshop, active selection

Return to the alpha layer and paint with the brush in white, so the name is visible

Flatten the image, save as dds and the round is played

TUTO EXTERNAL SCRAPE
Quick but effective
Open your file_external.dds

Take a texture, and the position on a higher layer

Support several times on shift + "+" (keypad num)

And here are the round is played, good well crumpled sheet

After you can vary the effects using ctrl + m ( courbe )

The texture
