Bill's2Process Manager What is ?

Bill's2Process Manager is a software that allows (for those with a several-heart processor), assign different software on such and such heart operation.
Ex : To "run" FireFox only on the heart number 0 and Word only on the number 1  even while RBR runs only on the number 2 .
How to distribute the greedy software on such and such heart ?

Attention: To run this software requires prior installation of Microsoft FrameWork 2.0. (surely already installed ;))

Download of Bill's2Process the site of the author

1 -Launch Bill's2Process Manager and click on the button "Manage rules and groups".

2 - In the window that opens, click on "Add rule".

3 - Select the executable file that must be set to a heart(Ex : ..\Windows\Notepad.exe).

4 - Check the box "Set affinity". Select the heart (s) to be assigned (s) software (here a single core is selected on only 1 possible because the catch was made on a virtual machine :) ).

5 - Go to the "Options" tab and check the box "do not show ToolTip in the change of priority or affinity"

6 - Validate with the "OK" button

7 -Start from step 1 to add other software.

Another possibility with Bill's2Process Manager :
It is possible in step 4 to change the priority of other software running on the machine.
To do this, check the box "Set priority" in step 4 and select either "Above normal" or "High".
Do not select "Real time (not recommended)"". It may be unable to retrieve the hand on the application, it using all the resources of the processor.

NB: There are many other settings to further refine the reaction of Bill's2Process Manager for such and such software but they will not be processed in this tuto which must remain as simple as possible.
