i have don't the *internal_transparent* file edited, only the *external_transparent*

On the layer panel you have a tab named "Kanële" if I read well. Look in here, you should understand (white is visible, black is full transparent, gray is between)

yes you have correctly read, i have all selected and now it is *red*, how can i change white,black,gray?

Uncheck all layers except the "alpha". The alpha is gray scale so you paint it like anything but in gray scale.

You can activate all layers, go back to the layer tab and on your text layer select the text (ctrl+click on the layer thumbnail in the layer panel), then go back to Kanële, hide all layers except alpha, and paint your selection.
