I just have the firewall software that comes with windows 7, but nothing else that would stop a program connecting to a server.
I have set up an exception for RScenter 2012 and followed all the advice given in this thread, I'm starting to thing it might be a router issue.
Here is the router I'm currently using and maybe that will shed some light on this problem.
Router: netgear DG834G

RSCenter use Internet Explorer to connect to the server.
What is you release of Internet Explorer ?
