The DNF is not enough because often the drivers are not even going to revise classifications while if we block the account, the pilot will pay attention the next time  |

I was reading the rules after I saw that I got a DNF in week 41 (just as you describe I didn't even realize I had a block untill I investigated why I could not login), but I cannot find in the rules that you receive a block for not sending files? Nor is it mentioned otherwise Code: Level 1: No files are sent (abandonment > DNF > withdrawal in the final stage of the rally) / multiple cuts (contractual time in the special for more than 3 cuts in the same stage) / invalid car setup (abandonment of that special, or abandonment > DNF if all settings are invalid).
Level 2: Repetition of previously sanctioned actions or accumulation of several major faults in different weeks of competition (account block warning > ban warning).
Level 3: Repetition of previously sanctioned actions or accumulation of several major faults in different weeks of competition (Account blocked on the Sunday following the detection of the faulty events and during that week > Blocked account.
The rules say: No files sent = level 1 sanction. I got a level 3 sanction without warning... Or am I missing / misreading? And when is the block lifted? (When did it start?) |

If you are in orange level, we block if you roll the week which follows the control
and if you are in red level, we block automatically, if you run or not the week which follows
In summary If you are in orange level:
If you envoyes not for week 41 and you roll the week 42, we block you the week 43.
but, If you envoyes not for week 41 and you do not roll the week 42, we block not you the week 43.

Si une faute est doublée parce que le pilote roule la semaine d'envoi, alors la couleur doit être doublée aussi, sinon, la couleur ne sert plus à rien puisqu'elle ne veut plus dire grand chose

As from this day, the defect of sending of files will be managed in the following way:
· If a pilot is convened with control and who `it does not roll the week when it is supposed to send his files, then the payment will be applied like city higher (2 levels of sanction)
· If a pilot is convened with control and makes at least a test in the week when it is supposed to send his files, then it will be seen inflicting 4 levels of sanction simultaneously.
Example
· If the pilot were in level 0, then it will be put in level 4 with one week of suspension
· If the pilot were in level 1, then it will be put in level 4 with 2 weeks of suspension
· If the pilot were in level 2, then it will be put in level 4 with 3 weeks of suspension
· If the pilot were in level 3, then it will be put in level 4 with 4 weeks of suspension You did not send your files for your control while you rolled the week of the sending of files |

So, if I understand correctly: I was in level 0, didn't send in my replay's in week 41 and because I did at least one race in week 42 I am now blocked for a week in week 44 (since the check was done in week 43) ? I just want to understand correctly, the rules are a bit complicated, I don't speak french and the english translation is a bit confusing sometimes (no offence) (f.e. What does "rolling" mean, is that driving a session?) |

Do not send his files account as 2 penalties thus orange cardboard and drive next week double the penalty, thus red card and blocking. In your case one you blocked but forgot to change your color.  And if we block you the week 44 instead of 43, it is simply that we have a little of delay in our controls  and the penalties are moved. But do not waste time to look in the rules for what you risk as penalties. The only important thing which you have to hold in the rules it is that you have to send your files. |

For example auto-generated mail to all mail adresses of listed pilots?
Instead of just setting the list on the site, a quick mail to all members (sure there is a option to do this without a lot of typing)
