J'ai un succés avec les physiques de la Fabia S2000 après l'Update 5. Je porte dans le train avant 2.5 degrés d´angle de carrossage NÉGATIF, cependant comme on peut voir sur la photo, dans la vue exterièur de la voiture il apparaît comme s'il avait une angle POSITIF. Est-on cela réel ? Ou est-il un bug ?

Bonjour, n'utilise pas un ancien set-up (il ne sont plus bons), il faut créer de nouveaux set-up après l'update 05  |

Hi! I tried Fabia s2000 evo1 in gravel mod, and I found that in contrast to tarmac and snow mod, in gravel mod the gears are not the same as the others. E.g: in tarmac mode with short gear the top speed is about 163/164 km/h, but in gravel mod with short gear, it's 193/194 km/h!!! It must be changed I think. Will it be? |

A theory may be illustrative. The posted speed limit is not the actual speed of the car, but the speed of rotation of the wheels. The tarmac has more strength than snow or gravel, so that the wheels can spin, while the apron can do very little. Just take the hump Fraizer wells to realize, including tarmac. The jump is long and the wheels can pick up speed when they have no resistance to the ground in flight. It is inconceivable that the car can take the flight speed, since wind resistance is the same as if it touches the ground, and the straight line above the bump is quite long enough for us to say that the car was at its peak speed. This is proof that the speed displayed is based on the rotation of the wheels, not the actual speed of the car. Une théorie est peut-être explicative. La vitesse maximale affichée n'est pas la vitesse réelle de la voiture, mais la vitesse de rotation des roues. Le tarmac offre plus de résistance que la neige ou le gravier, ce qui fait que les roues peuvent patiner, alors que le tarmac ne le permet que très peu. Il suffit de prendre la bosse de Fraizer wells pour s'en rendre compte, y compris sur tarmac. Le saut est long, et les roues peuvent prendre de la vitesse alors qu'elles n'ont plus aucune résistance au sol en plein vol. Il est inconcevable que la voiture puisse prendre de la vitesse en vol, puisque la résistance au vent est la même que si elle touche le sol, et la ligne droite qui précède cette bosse est bien assez longue pour qu'on puisse dire que la voiture était à sa pointe de vitesse maximale. C'est la preuve que la vitesse affichée est basée sur la rotation des roues, et non sur la vitesse réelle de la voiture. |

Fifou, you misunderstand me! What you wrote is true, but I was talking about the gear ratio. That's not the same in tarmac and gravel mod. Every car has an absolute top speed, that only depends on the transmission gear ratio (forget wind, and every circumstances). In case of this Fabia, the car cannot reach higher rev, than 7500 rpm. In tarmac mod with short gear, in 6th gear, 7500 rpm means 163/164 km/h. But in gravel mod with short gear in 6th gear, 7500 rpm means 193/194 km/h!! |

You are right, there is a mistake on the gravel gearbox (some lines that should be erased that I forgot  )Thanks for your help (all the objective remarks are helpfull). I will give the correct file for the update. |
