Re: WRC 11/12 Power
It's not realistic, in my opinion they are going like they have 400-500hp. I think the feeling from the Old 2L WRC's ingame is ok. In _Real_, I think the old 2L WRC's should go better, but in the corners you should have advantage with a new 1.6L WRC because they are not so long.

Re: WRC 11/12 Power
Yep, thats my opinion to, but not by engine power. The engine power from the old WRC is much higher, 300HP and 500-650NM of Torque. 1.6L Turbo have only 350-450NM of Torque. The advante of the new cars is the handling, they are a little bit lighter(30kg, ok not so much...) but they get the most advantage from the car lengh and the lower wheelbase. I tested some cars acceleration from 0-100 and 0-200km/h in RSRBR: Fiesta WRC 11: ~2,5/9sec DS3 WRC 11: ~2,5/9sec Mini WRC 12: ~2,5/9sec Polo WRC 12: ~2,5/9sec Fiesta WRC 12: ~3/12sec C4 WRC 10: ~3/11,5sec Impreza WRC 09: ~3,5/13sec Focus WRC 08: ~3,5/12,5sec About ~2.5 from 0-100 and ~9sec from 0-200 is not realistic for a WRC, a group B car can do this... http://www.quattroclub.de/?UR-QUATTRO-TECHNIK:Audi_quattro_S1_Pikes_PeakCitation: Audi Quattro Sport S1 : 530 PS, von 0 -40 in 1 sec. von 0 -100 in 2,6 sec. von 0 -200 in 10 sec.
I searched for acceleration specs from WRC and i found that the Impreza WRC S9/S10 needed about 3,2sec from 0-100km/h. http://youtu.be/nmYzVrGKRdU?t=2m22sHere is what the World Champion 1.6L Turbo car can do: http://www.volkswagen-motorsport.com/index.php?id=339Citation: Beschleunigung(acceleration) 0 – 100 km/h in ca. 3,9 Sekunden Here are some usefull links: http://www.rallycars.com/Cars/Focus_WRC/Focus_WRC_Specs.htmlhttp://www.rallyefans.de/autos/autos2007.htmBest Regards - Hadi

Re: WRC 11/12 Power
I think that you forget quite a lot of parameter in your tests!.... The box, the differenciel, the tires.... As for myself a rally car it is no car for Run to make accelerations. If you want to make comparative, it is necessary to look at time at the kilometer on the same special. Today a WRC 1.6 is faster than a WRC 2L which is more powerful and physic in RBR sticks has the reality. To argue my information, I am motoriste and very well placed in the competition... Bye

Re: WRC 11/12 Power
Citation: I think that you forget quite a lot of parameter in your tests!.... The box, the differenciel, the tires.... I made a setup for all these cars and changed nearly all, this cars have been tested at all the same conditions. I used mid gearbox because then they are faster from 0-200km/h, with low gearbox its realy close to do 200km/h. diff(front/mid/rear): 450/800/700 Tire Pressure: 200kpa Citation: As for myself a rally car it is no car for Run to make accelerations. Seriously? I think this is one of the biggest thing in rallying, thats why they have such low gearboxes. Citation: If you want to make comparative, it is necessary to look at time at the kilometer on the same special. Today a WRC 1.6 is faster than a WRC 2L which is more powerful and physic in RBR sticks has the reality. did'nt i say this above? But we should keep in mind that it should feel realistic to.

Re: WRC 11/12 Power
