 [SOLVED] RBR won't start for all tracks
I'm not really sure I'm pasting this in the right place, but I have trouble with RBR, it works perfect for some stages, but doesn't work at all for others.

Did you use the mulligatawny profile ?

If yes :

In the folder \MAPS\
Delete all the folders (NO files) whose name starts with track-

Do the same in ALL the following subfolders :
\MAPS\NS
\MAPS\SuperS\S1
\MAPS\SuperS\S2
\MAPS\SuperS\S3
\MAPS\SuperS\S4
\MAPS\SuperS\S5
\MAPS\SuperS\S6
\MAPS\SuperS\S7

Reinstall the pack of the special + all fix and update in order

Disable the processes that the game dont need : Utorrent is one of them  o|:)

a bug is detected in the report, regardless of your problem .  :roll:

to fix the bug POLO_R_WRC in the report, do the following explained :

Download POLO_R_WRC.zip [55.34 Mo]

- Delete the folder : ..\..\Cars\POLO_R_WRC\Options
- Unzip this zip below in : ..\..\Cars\POLO_R_WRC

start troubleshooting tool to verify that here no longer appears in the report .

I'm afraid it didn't fix the problem,

I'll try to re-download the track pack, cos I see I'm missing all these *.rbz files and I'm pretty sure those are my problem.

As for the POLO, I don't really drive with it, so that's a minor issue for now, but thanks for the fix.

Sorry, didn't mean to sound that way, I've fixed it right away  :-D

As for the tracks, I re-downloaded the track pack and tried to reinstall it but I get the same error message and don't understand why. I just doesn't allow me to install those *.rbz files. I'm not sure if I'm even allowed to ask this, but maybe if someone would send those to me, maybe that would fix my problem.  :-?

I haven't played RBR in years and to see how much progress and how much work this community has done for the game is just amazing and I'd just like to join into playing this great game again.  :)

Take care for that :

Before download : empty the internet cache of your browser .
After download : verify always checksum of the file, for ALL FILES (if a checksum is available  :D )

How to checksum correctly :

If you have some files already downloaded, verify them by checksum .
If they are not correct, delete them, and re-download .....  :GGG

Small question, the Special 41 is Arbroz coast, a special of the original game. What is your version of RBR? DVD, Uploaded legally or cracked?
Because if this is a cracked version, it is likely that the files you miss (You would not be the first) and there is no skill.

You got me thinking, if it's from the original game, then why isn't it working?

So I erased the whole game and did a clean re-install once again and now everything seems to be working  :-?

I'm really really sorry for the inconvenience. It's an enigma to me how and why did those files disappear, but it seems to be fine now.
