Yeap its Admin account with all privileges, avast is disabled during installation and game launch (even in provided screenshot you can see avast is disabled)
I might later try and change language to something else.
I think important part of the puzzle is DepannageRSRBR2015.exe because, it doesnt modifies anything yet, after running DepannageRSRBR2015.exe and running RSCenter I got bunch of deleted files and its not the first time that happened.

7z related files in RBR folder with "last modified" date.

Yeap, the same files I listed in my first post are getting deleted every time I close "RSCenter2015Alone.exe".
Nothing changed at all.
Whats interesting its the same files getting deleted every time I run RSCenter.


Also, every time I run "DepannageRSRBR2015.exe" and RSCenter after it, I get same deleted files in Maps folder (G_Track... ones).
Just see for yourself, logs I posted previously and now.
Despite having a new install, just running "DepannageRSRBR2015.exe" and RSCenter after it, somehow causes deletion of the same files.

Whats even more interesting, I can play by setting my "J:\SCi Games\Richard Burns Rally\RSRBR" folder to read only but, if I toggle read only on maps folder and run "DepannageRSRBR2015.exe" and RSCenter after it, those files will still get deleted.
It ignores protection for some reason.

To make matters clear, all logs I provided were made on unaltered installation which had all permissions, read only parameter wasn't toggled, its just something I tried during bughunting.

Just my interest for the problem : Yes or No, the error message is still present ?

Maybe troubleshooting utility have problem but this can't be the reason why your game is not running because this utility is absolutely not necessary !
So in one hand we have to solve your game issue without speaking problem of tool, this is only an help to get some information.
And in the other hand after we can chek if tool have problem ...

Maybe both problem are connected somewhere but the tool is not the problem.

Tell us what happens with public and official session.
And tell us what happens with other language for OS.

I feel there is a bit of a language barrier.

When I launch game, it plays just fine, when I exit RSCenter, it deletes files I listed in the first post and during next launch it displays "physics file absent" error.
If I protect files in RSRBR folder with read only, I can play just fine.
Its not an issue of game not running, its an issue of essential files getting deleted for no apparent reason by RSCenter.

The tool itself is not at fault here (I mean, the tool doesnt delete anything by itself).

What is happening though, when certain files are accessed by the tool they are getting deleted later when I launch or exit "RSCenter2015Alone.exe" or "RSCenter2015Menu.exe"
Also, when I run this tool, RSCenter deletes not only files in RSRBR folder but in maps folder as well.
The question is why this is happening and whether they are deleted by RSCenter or Windows or because of something else.
Without knowing how RSCenter works I really cant say much here.

The only way I can play it is if I set read only on RSRBR folder, as someone mentioned previously it will label me as a cheater and because of that I am not playing online so, I have no idea.

Haven't tried yet.
I'll try when I'll have more time to mess with it.

I didn't understood that the game was running one time and not a second time ...

So it seems you computer is not able to create files from protected 7z (problem with software/dll of 7z) or your computer don't allow to create it (security parameters or soething else ...)
Did you do DEP ?

DepannageRSRBR2015.exe doesnt delete or create anything yet merely running it results in bunch of files deleted if RSCenter is launched right after running Depannage.exe.
To be precise, files from Maps folder, its weird because RSCenter normally deletes files only in RSRBR folder, why does it deletes files in Maps folder if I run Depannage.exe?

I'm not using google translator.
But with so many request for help it could be difficult to get all details each time ...

To lower the security level of windows:

Start Menu / Control Panel / System and Security / Under "Action Center": change the settings for User Account Control



Click "Ok" and restart the computer.

I have Windows XP Home Edition so it a bit different for me, I dont have this slider, I have either enable DEP for all essential services and except those.
I tried either way and I disabled DEP for all programs and services according to this tutorial.
Sadly, nothing worked.


Thanks anyway, at least now I can play when Read Only is enabled, so I am in no hurry at the moment.

If this method cause issues with cheat detecting methods used by RSRBR team, just copy "Program Files\SCi Games\Richard Burns Rally\RSRBR" folder somewhere and play the game without doing any other changes to it.
When you close RSCenter, those files will get deleted but its not a problem since you can just replace them with your backup every time that happens.
Not so convenient as original method but shouldnt cause any issues online.
