Are you sure than you put good number, good login and password ?
If you can't login you, contact Jim by PM, and give to him number and login. He can look if they are a problem

Hi there, I cannot log onto RSRBRLive10 website to change my profile. Will installing Update 3 fix this or could it be something else? Thankyou. |

Thanks Aube, I will retry my number and password in a few minutes when Update 3 has finished downloading and installing. It was working fine with update 1 and 2. Maybe it's my router again... You guys are awesome fast! It is confirmed working in Internet Explorer. But it is still not working in Firefox.  I think Firefox is forcing my username to lowercase "lernatix" when on Internet Explorer I can use "Lernatix" with a capitol L. EDIT: Confirmed. Firefox was trying to use lowercase letters. Now I feel stupid. |
