Download and launch this utility of repair. utilitaire de dépannage de RSRBR. (DepannageRSRBR2013.exe) Once launched, click the lower left button "Analyse simple". Once the ended analysis, selects nothing, copy nothing, return directly here to post a new answer. In the text field, make a right click and chosen "Paste". You can put a comment following the report of analysis. |

That mean the utility can't extract its files in your Windows temporary directory, why... I don't know, perhaps a rights problem on this folder. try to select an other folder to extract when you have the second picture. |

hmm...the tempfolder is "write protected (data in folder only)". but this is normal...right? as u can see, the browser-funktion is "greyed-out", I can´t choose an other folder.  I can push this button...  than this happens...  hmmmm? any suggestions?-- Fusion automatique le Tue 8 Jan 2013 17:50 -- ahhhh....I have now a folder "DepannageRSRBR2013"  with lots of .txt  helpful?  |

No, the ..\Windows\temp folder must not be "write protected" it is not normal if yours is protected. Then, go to in the folder DepannageRSRBR2013 and launch the EXE file, .TXT files are normals, they are deleted automaticaly. |

You must install update 01. The utility is made to work with update 01 installed  Once you have installed the update, uncompress the exe of the utility like you have made before. |
