i try the solution....

i installed that try keeping the manual  "RSRBR tutorial" and "vista, win7"
installed, and re-installed  6 times
re-download is 2 times
formated.. 3 times....


still problem....

DepannageRSRBR2012.exe    launched....but error.....

please help me...

Which error did you have with "depannage" software ?

Give us more details, it will give you a faster support.  
Screenshot is very helpful to give you advice.

Once launched the utility click button "Analyse simple".
When the analysis is completed, close the software, go directly to the site, create a new topic or message and right click then "Paste" in the field without removing the text that appears.

i installed RSRBR + update1 + update2 + tracks pack + cars pack...

this is my install step
1. Install RBR. (c:\games\rbr)(i am win7 user)
2. Install the Official Patches 1.01 and 1.02  and  Cheat Profile named "Mulligatawny"  check game....ok
3. install RSRBR 2012
4. update1 + update2
5. tracks pack
6. cars pack
7. I worked DEP and Un-block UAC in control panel

I do not think it was the cause of the problem but do not install both patches, they are included in RSRBR

i am re-installed.. but still problem....  

Order of installation ?

3. install RSRBR 2012
4. update1 + update2 >>  6
5. tracks pack >>>>>>>> 4
6. cars pack >>>>>>>>>>5

The updates 01 and 02 must be installed last. They correct errors in tracks and cars park. As you did, they were crushed and no longer exist for the Troobleshooting utility

Reinstall the 01 and 02 updates on top and scan again with Troobleshooting utility

Try to launch it without antivirus / firewall.

Hi,

What is your anti-virus?
Try to re-install (don't erase all: overwrite files) and before disabled your antivirus.
Also checked whether the downloaded files are not corrupt: the software uses "MD5" to check the sum (key) files. Upload it (it is given the message of download: click on the MD5 sum), spears it and drag the file or files. Get a string of carractère as you need to compare that given.

We need your analysis result of the "depannage" soft ... but if you can't use it, give to us your configuration computer (Graphic card, processor, etc..)
I put here how to do:



Download and launch this utility of repair. utilitaire de dépannage de RSRBR. (DepannageRSRBR2012.exe)
Once launched, click the lower left button "Analyse simple".
Once the ended analysis, selects nothing, copy nothing, return directly here to post a new answer.
In the text field, make a right click and chosen "Paste".

You can put a comment following the report of analysis.

my anti-virus is "avast!" and disabled now

2hour ago, i formated and re-installed the windows7 32bit and RBR

I have checked "MD5"  
Complete full cars pack's MD5 is wrong..  so i re-download 4 times.. but same result          (English is ...so hard )

when i was install the car pack A8W-12, i run rscenter; "Physics File absent !" ;;;

and now, i have istalled rsrbr + update01, 02 + track pack . /car pack(s) is not installen.
i run "depannage"..but still problem  ....

it's so hard ...

Before download, empty the internet cache that keeps former downloads in memory.
Empty the internet cache for the major browsers

Can you try on an other computer ?

I wonder if there is a problem with letter/signs (korean language) which could be not compatible ...
