I am palying championships (windows vista), after drive about 5 stages, rscenter 2012 crash and close. What i have to do?

Download and launch this utility of repair

Once launched the utility click button "Analyse simple".
When the analysis is completed, close the software, go directly to the site, create a new topic or message and right click then "Paste" in the field without removing the text that appears.

Is this crash happens only one time or every times you play ?

Take care with you free space on your hard disk.
Try to have more free space.  

It happens sometimes, usually if i play public sessions or championships for about 30 mins...sometimes happens in the begginig of the rally (i was retired from a lot of rallys because of this problem)

If the game crashes after 30 minutes, it may be a problem of overheating.

In the game folder, open RichardBurns.ini with Notepad
Change these values:
ParticleQuality = high ( "medium" or "low") *
RenderQuality = high ( "medium" or "low") *
RenderCarShadow = false (Add the line)
Uncheck read-only and save

I look to your configuration game: you have "Windows Vista" and with it, you must install your game on a "game folder" that you create, not on the "Program files" or "Users" folder! (Read the install tutorial of RSRBR ... ).
Why? W. Vista security can give you some problems with RSRBR: it's not a soft but an "add'on" who modify the .exe of the game. Vista don't like this...  

The game does not crash, only the interface RScenter, for example i am viewing my time results and the RSCenter crash before press the "go" button to drive to the next stage, i don t have problems with blackscreens...So should i have to reinstall RBR on a game folder?

!!!! PROCEDURE W7 and Vista

UNINSTALL

1 -Save game data using the backup utility that is located in the folder of the game. (BackupRSRBR.exe ).This utility will close at the end of the backup.
This software is normal.
2 - Uninstall RSRBR from "Add Remove Programs" of Windows.
3 - Uninstall RBR from "Add Remove Programs" of Windows.
4 - Check if..\Program Files\SCi Games\Richard Burns Rally\ still exists.
 If yes then delete the folder ..\Program Files\SCi Games\
(Depending on your installation path)
5 - Launch CCleaner and clean the windows registry database.
Defragment the disk - clean free space(Outils ccleaner)

INSTALL

Download RSRBR - Special - Cars -  Updates

-If the files must be re-downloaded, empty the internet cache before the operation.

Before new installation:
Verify if the files are not corrupt by downloading this utility
VoirMD5.exe
Launch and drag the file in the small window of the software. Do the same with all.
Within seconds the sum md5 of the file will appear and will be the same that the displayed close link of downloading the file whose validity must be verified.



1 -For the installation of RBR. (Voir ICI If the computer runs Windows Vista or 7)
2 - Use only the pattern "MULLIGATAWNY" (it is the only one who unblocks all - integrated in RSRBR).
3 - Installation of the full version of RSRBR
Do not restart the computer before the end of the same installation if requested during the installation
4 - Installation of / packs of cars possible special Updates pack (Attention to the notes if applicable)
5- Defragment the hard disk
To lower the level of windows security
Start menu / Control Panel /System and security / Under "Centre of maintenance": change control settings and user account



Click "Ok" and restart the computer. Attention not to forget the execution prevention data
Under Windows Vista / 7
Start button > Control Panel > System and maintenance > System.
Click on advanced system settings. (The required administrator approval)
Under performance, click settings.
Click the data execution prevention tab, and then click on "Enable the prevention of DEP for all programs and services except those I select".

Then, click on the button "Add" and add all of the following software:
(they are all in the root of the games)

Save - Restart the PC - start the game from RSCenter (Office Shortcut)

IF PROBLEMS
Download and lances troubleshooting utility from RSRBR. (DepannageRSRBR.exe)
Once the utility launched cliques on the simple "Analysis" button.
When the analysis will be completed, tien do, select nothing, do nothing copyr. Return directly here, and "Paste" without anything delete the text that appears in the message.
A comment can be put after the analysis report to be typed alone.
