No, don't re-download all files, just test them like this
-> download this utility:
VoirMD5.exe
Starts it and drag the file you have downloaded in the small window of the software.
After a few seconds the md5 sum of the file will appear and you can compare it with the string displayed beside the link you use to download the file and that you want to check the validity.

If all files are OK you don't need to re-download them but if one (or more) file is (are) corrupted you must to re-download it (them).
