Problème de Son et de plantage

Bonjour,

Je viens de réinstaller RBR et RSRBR2015 sur windows7, comme prévu dans un dossier spécial dans C:/.
J'ai également installé les packs de spéciales et de voitures, ainsi que les uptade 1/2/3/4/5.
Je n'ai aucun son lorsque je lance une spéciale depuis RS center ou depuis RBR.
J'ai tenté de faire une petite recherche dans le forum, me doutant qu'un tel souci avait déjà été rencontré par quelqu'un d'autre, mais n'ai pas réussi a retrouver de sujet correspondant.

De plus, il arrive parfois que les spéciales plantent en plein milieu et me ramènent au bureau.

Est ce que quelqu'un a des pistes pour m'aider?

Bonjour

Utilitaire de dépannage
Télécharger et lancer l'utilitaire de dépannage RSRBR
Depannage RSRBR2015

Une fois l'utilitaire lancé, cliquer sur le bouton ""Analyse complète""
Quand l'analyse sera terminée, NE RIEN FAIRE - Fermer le logiciel, revenir directement sur le forum, et "Coller" dans la zone de saisie sans rien supprimer au texte qui s'affiche. Un commentaire pourra être mis à la suite.

Espace libre sur le lecteur où se trouve RBR/RSRBR : 8,77 Go / 116,44 Go au total
Tu n'as pas assez d'espace libre sur ton disque pour que le jeu puisse fonctionner convenablement. Le jeu installé il doit rester une vingtaine de GO au minimum.

Tu n'es pas obligé de mettre le jeu sur ta partition principale, si tu en as une autre avec plus d'espace tu peux désinstaller le jeu proprement de "C" (RSRBR et RBR) et le réinstaller sur une autre partition.

- Désactive applemobileservice.exe et l'analyse permanente de Ccleaner et vois si d'autres programmes en fond peuvent être désactivés, comme B5TPopup.exe et B5Tservice.exe, skype, steam....etc....
- Met à jour DirectX

J'ai installé DirectX11 et fermé un maximum de processus et rien de change, j'ai pas de bol je crois lol :shock:

Je vais reessayer ce soir de virer d'autres processus, j'ai des programmes curieux qui se sont installés de manière "frauduleuse" sur mon ordi cette semaine et dont j'ai du mal a me défaire, (avec tout écrit en caractère asiatiques pour ne rien arranger) je me demande si ca ne viendrait pas de là. J'essaierai ensuite de voir ce que sont les fichiers manquants annoncés et je vous tiendrai au courant.

Merci pour l'aide en tout cas! Je n'abdique pas
