Hi there

I have a problem which just happened tonight after playing with Reshade mod last night.

The game itself is fine but my RSCenter has white windows for roadbook and stage times, I can save the stage times and they show in web browser but on screen during event is plain white with no text.

Any ideas welcome, don't really want to re-install!!

Use the "Utilitaire de dépannage RSRBR" (troubleshoting tool).
Execute "full analysis"  (analyse complete) .





Try the yellow menu " Repositionner les fenêtres" (reposition windows in RsCenter) ....  

I get an error when trying to run that file and it exits

Gives the same result I am afraid, after the screen I posted there is another window which states File Not Found.

Do you know how to look in the registry and do a screenhoot of a requested place?

Hmmm, my registry looks different to yours in the install path...

You have no path for the game RBR .
Were is it Installed .... ?

D:\Program Files (x86)\Eidos\Richard Burns Rally

Doesn't make sense, the updates and car packs all find it no problem!

Please read "carefully" the install guide : Do not install RBR and RSRBR in one of these folders :

Before :  Make sure that you have previously installed "all" RSRBR in the "actual" \Richard Burns Rallye .
If not, uninstall and reinstall all (both RBR & RSRBR)

Important : the path where you installed "RSRBR" previously can be revealed by the key "setupmanager2".
What does it contain as a value?
Is it identical to the path of the RBR currently?

Otherly you have two choices :

1 -faster method -  "if you're expert"  : close all RBR and RSRBR .
try to move the folder (only this) \Richard Burns Rally (which also contains RSBR if you had installed correctly) anywhere except in
destinations designated as not validated by the installation guide.
Then you manually enter the new path in the registry by taking a template on my screenshot in the right part of the registry.
The installpath key - Reg SZ - value="your new path" ; the language key - Reg SZ - value="default"; the 1.00.000 key - by defaut nothing to enter;
Erase datas into the DEP, and enter new path for each process RSRBR in this place .
The exceptions into your antivirus software must be revisited with the correct path .
The RSRBR registry keys are not affected, they will not change.

2 - slower method - "more secure if not Windows professionnal user"  : uninstall Richard Burns Rally, and reinstall it according to the RSRBR installation guide taking into account invalid paths .
Erase datas into the DEP, and enter new path for each process RSRBR in this place .
The exceptions into your antivirus software must be revisited with the correct path .
The RSRBR registry keys are not affected, they will not change.

Always terminate by proceed a test with the troubleshoting tool .

Will reinstall then.

Have to say though that my install has been there working fine since 2014.....

Everything still works very well before an incident reveals hidden dysfunctions.  
You were lucky not to have to provide an analysis report since 2014, if you had followed the installation guide
that already existed, long ago that you would have been reinstalled correctly all .  
This would certainly have simplified the resolution of the current failure .
I urge you to publish an analysis report following your reinstallation, so that you can not doubt the proper
functioning of your game RBR / RSRBR .  
I'm not closing the subject, I'm waiting for confirmation of your relocation and the analysis report ...
