Hello,

I am new to the forums and I've registered recently to ask about this problem im having with my RSCenter Alone, RSCenter Menu works fine
but when I pick Alone, Public, Championships it would load but popup shows "View pack configuration file invalid". I am not sure of what the
problem is with my RSRBR so please help.

Please use the RSRBR troubleshooting tool (bottom left in my signature) to generate a scan report that will help us understand where your problem lies.
Perform a "full" analysis.
Post the report by following.

There is a problem, I try to download the tool but it keeps getting stopped giving me a virus threat. How do I get around this?
