I think we should advise this pilot to update to the latest "stable" version, the 1809 (October 2018).
The next being the 1903 for the month of May 2019.
It is not impossible that it encounters the compatibility problems of certain applications (especially Avast), as well as than applications (& games) in 32 bits.
I suspect that in China it is not necessarily easy to go on the internet, but hey, ... :-:

I am using Windows 10 Update 1803. RBR can be run by clicking RBR.exe. However, after I choosing car and track packs in RScenter alone mode and clicking "Go", it is stuck as the following pic shows, with process bar kept at that point.

I've been waiting for the game starting for almost 10 min, but it still stuck there. Is there something wrong with my settings?

Here are the problem now: 1. Repair tool is not running properly. Since I am using a Chinese copy of windows, some letters may display inappropriately. 2.I cannot connect to the registration server somehow. I am in China but I am using a proxy in order to visit those websites like google and youtube, and everything is Okay except this. ( I thought adding a random number and username could also let me play offline, sorry for using 13 as my number) 3.I've installed my RBR and RSRBR both at D:\Richard Burns Rally\. RBR itself works well, so does HQ plugin.

First of all, what is the version of your original Richard Burns Rally game? Original CD, legal download on a gaming platform (no longer exists) cracked version / torrent on the web that does not work with RSRBR? If your version is legal and complete. You are not registered and I do not know how you chose this number. Delete this profile, you can then register by choosing a free number and the same live nickname as the forum.
