I've been enjoying rsrbr, but I ran into a problem trying to use the Skins Manager on RSCenter. The "Apply this skin in rsrbr" button is faded and when I try to click on it, nothing happens. Thank you in advance for your help :)

You are not specific enough in your description of the incident.
Which skin are you trying to apply to which car?

I was originally trying to change the livery of the ST05 Celica, but the problem seems to apply to all cars. I tried to swap liveries on the 2001 subaru impreza, as well as the 2001 ford focus and the apply button is unresponsive. Also, I added a screenshot to my original post, I hope it helps!

I asked you: which skin did you want to apply?

Have you loaded a skin in the folder ..\game folder\Skins \CELICA_st205_v2.  
If yes, you must have as on my screen, a cross which appears and you must choose the skin that you imported.  

I figured out the issue, I did not know that the zipped skin file must be placed with the extracted skin file. Thank you for your help though, sorry for the inconvenience.
