Hi there,

I was testing Joux Plane II for the second leg and I had the same issue a couple of times, actually, the two times I did that stage. The car was going fine until I reached the final downhill after the 2nd split but suddenly I had a loss of power and the car died, after that, the temperature started to increase until it reached the maximum. I checked the parameters of my pedals with DXTweak2 if there was something wrong but everything was OK. Also, I did not hit anything and I confirmed that with Pacenotes plugin, there was no damage in my car apart from tyre wear. I do not know what happened, but it looks like it is not a coincidence. Luckily, I finished the stage and I was able to save the replay, so I have proof of everything.

I read long time ago in somewhere I can't remember that if left foot brake is used you can overheat the engine or something like that.
EDIT: Firstly, I tried with another car (Fiesta WRC 2017) and it happened the same. Then I tried to not "abuse" of left foot brake and looks like it worked and I was able to finish the stage.
I would like to attach a couple of replays from the different driving styles at Joux Plane II with FIesta WRC 2017, but I can't find the attach button  :DDD.
Once you check the replays, could you confirm that this kind of damage or whatever is correct?

I'm open to any suggestion to try to find a solution about this issue.  *stress

Thanks in advance.  o|:)

Salut Juho, le problème est connu, mais je n'ai pas de solution ni sgwrt qui a crée les physics, mais à part remettre tout à niveau et baisser les physics de toutes les voitures, pour le moment je ne vois pas d'autres solutions

Thank you so much for your answer, I did not know that you were aware of this issue.  o|:)  It is not a big deal, because by changing a bit the driving style you can avoid that failure in the car, but the first time you face that issue it is almost impossible to explain what happened with the car and why it stops with no apparent damage.   *stress  :DDD
