Sujet du message:  White screen on charging special stage
Bonjour

I´m in Rallyesim since a lot of time, but this year I have a problem that I can´t resolve....
When I´m in RS Center (alone, public or champ...anyone), click on "GO" and green progress bar is complete,when appers the screen of RBR on charging the stage, sometimes suddenly stops, goes in "grey" (attenuated) and a full white screen appears and leave my SSE.exe and RS CEnter completely blocked, and the only way I have is restart computer.... This happens in any car, any stage....
Sometimes, white screen doesn´t appear, but charging screen goes in grey and blocks equally, and the final result is the same (restart)

I have exceptions in DEP,administrator rights in all .exe files,exceptions in AntiVirus,Malware,firewall, etc.....and sincerally I´m in a point that I don´t know what else to do.... :-(

it looks like you are running 2 antivirus simultaneously, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and ESET Internet Security.  :o  [-X

ESET internet security Firewal is known to block the execution of certain processes.

Perhaps one of the 2 antiviruses is not informed about the exception of the game folder, or the processes (* .exe) present in the game (as is done in the DEP).

Try to disable ESET, and test the game .  :GGG

It is not advisable to use several antiviruses, each trying to take priority over monitoring processes and applying their own rules and policies, which are different from one software publisher to another.  =;

Good question....I always run the game through RS Center
I´m going to try it. The only bad thing is that problem appears one time after maybe 15 or 20 more times that is loading the stage normally,but I´ll try to discard things.....

I´ve seen now your new reply......
I use Nod 32 Antivirus only (not Internet Security) and Malware Bytes,it´s true,but I have exceptions of RBR files in both programs.... :GGG but will try also without Eset running

Remember that RBR (and RSRBR) are applications whose instructions for their process are encoded in 32 bits .

32-bit processes are very sensitive to the scan load of executing their instructions during their process time .  :x
Windows 10 (64 bits) already treats these applications with a possibility of 64/32 compatibility declaration and this already exerts
a load on the process time whether these are declared compatible or not .  #-o

Then you recommend me to try to execute these files through Windows "Compatibility issues tool"? If I try to do it, I can see Win10 will apply WinXP SP3 compatibility to Richard Burns Rally.exe and SSE´s....

Try First into RBR only . (ignore RSRBR), launch the game from the process file  RichardBurnsRally_SSE.exe . (not a shortcut)
Try second without ESET software .  :-:

I don't necessarily recommend making it compatible with Windows 10.
But considering that you are on a W10 home version, there are some differences in the design of this version compared to W10 Pro, and that's why I would take this option out of IT reflex.
You must let the compatibility choose the version of Windows offered, unless you notice a malfunction, in which case, you must try
with other versions proposed in the list.
And always make sure that the processes (* .exe) are running as administrator.

But let's get on well, this is not the path I take for the resolution of your problem.

Sorry for late reply
I only have time to spend in RBR on weekend, and was trying first on running by SSE.exe only and then through RS Center with the same result: loading screen blocked, sometimes with white screen, sometimes not.
Seeing this panorama and after three weeks without being able to finish the rallies due to the failure, I decided to take a more radical option: reset all, install Win10 Pro version (instead of Home that I had ...) and reinstall from zero RSRBR with any external antivirus or malware program. I have to say at the moment everything it´s working fine, but I need to try it more hours (on weekend) to be sure it´s solved. This is the good part of the history, the bad one is with that radical solution, probably I´ll never know wich was exactly the problem,but I couldn´t stay more weeks like those....
In a  few days I will give you more information, and if all it´s ok we will can close this post.

the white screen happened to me too, but only once. It was after the windows update so I blamed it on them  :D .
It was late in the evening so I didn't do anything right away, a couple of days later when I got back to my computer I saw there is another windows update due for install so I did that, and I updated my graphic card drivers and it seems it solved the problem.

I don't know if your problem is similar to mine, but wanted to share if maybe it helps.

What Windows version are you using.
The option : update graphic card has already been tried, without success.
The current main track is Windows version .

It could be something like you´re explaining with Windows, but considering that, and talking with Oural about Home version wasn´t probably the best option in certain conditions, I made the decision to change it for Pro version, and at the moment is working fine. In the next days will try to install more things that I had in my old system, like ESET Antivirus or Malware Bytes (not both... ;-) ) to check if could be a problem with one of them, but all "suspicions" are pointing to Windows.
