Hey guys I'm sorry to ask about this but I downloaded this plugin 3 times yesterday and I keep getting this error and even followed the tutorial to a T. I have tried to run the diagnostic tool but I keep getting this "401 - Unauthorized: Access denied due to invalid credentials" I am registerd as a member and have made a donation to get update 17 but I must be doing something wrong. I really want to use this plugin because of all the cars that are available to use especially the older vehicles that are not available in other pluginns, Please help getting frustrated

We have a momentary problem: our troubleshooting tool is not yet set on the last update ....: oops:
This explains the error message 401 you get when you want to use it.  

So please be patient, you are not alone in having trouble,
We will notify everyone when the tool is operational.  

In the meantime, can you give us the exact text of the "T" error you are telling us about, before trying the troubleshooter.
Either a screenshot or the full text.

First : Try Disable temporary your antivirus  

Between each download you must clear your browser's internet cache so as not to resume the same file if it is corrupted.

Hey guys, like I said I'm sorry to bother you
I have cleared and uninstalled everything each time. This happens when I open up Rs Center and hit the alone option. I'm not stupid when it comes to computers and searching for a fix, but this has me totally dumbfounded. I sent a pic up the error to your last notice through email but it does say what I wrote in the subject.  Thanks

Hey guys I tried shutting down virus and that didn't work but I set up a profile on rs center and it worked, never thought about that. So I got it worlimg but can u practice on all tracks or do u have to do quick rally and only practice on those tracks. Thanks for the help but I feel i'm the one that caused my problem.

You must create a profile with your username (pseudo) the same name that yours into the forum (seminole17jr), your number and your password in the RsCenter.
This is called the "LIVE" profile.
Apparently that's what you did, and that's good.  

When you installed RSRBR, a MULLIGATAWNY profile should have been systematically created for the RBR game.
It is this profile that you will need to set in the RsCenter options in its menu bar.
Then you can play "Alone" to test all tracks / weather and all cars.
You can also play to participate in public sessions, or in official championships.
You must read the corresponding tutorials:

to fully understand all the possibilities offered.
