With the latest update, I have notes in French whatever language I select, and Italian has disappeared.

Even switching from the original game, whatever language I select, then the notes remain in French.

How can I fix?

In French or in English? *

* at installation the game is set in English and, normally, the installer of the notes must change them to the chosen language.
I am not able to solve this problem of notes but I was going to ask an Italian to help.

Maybe I fixed it by reinstalling the audio files as well.
I just need one favor if possible: I need the latest version file misc.rbz , because I accidentally deleted this file and I only have an old copy

Are you using the new installer or an older installation technique?

and in the list at the top there is Misc, check the line and click Next.

Yes I am using this version. I tried selecting misc but it won't reinstall the file

I have a problem: with the BTB tracks, the notes remain only in french, while the normal tracks are in italian (pacenote bernacchi v1.2). How can I fix?

Some tell me it's in English, you tell me it's in French.
I haven't touched the notes file, it's the original one for each BTB. (pacenotes.ini) unless you install the french pacenote.

And personally, I don't know how to change the language in the pacenotes.

Is there a WorkerBee pacenote with Italian voices?
That would fix the voice issue.

In the \Plugins folder rename pacenote.dll to pacenote.dll.no and the DOM system will be disabled
