I'm having trouble starting rallies. Everything had worked fine for quite a while but for the last few weeks something weird is happening.

When I go to join a rally, it tells me my computer time is not in sync with the server and I allow it to update (this happens every time I start a rally). It shows the standard 15 minute countdown until the actual stages are run and that countdown works fine. Once that is complete, instead of the RUN button activating, the timer jumps to -23:59:59 and starts counting up from there. (Yes that's negative 23 hours).

Once this happens there is no way for me to join the rally.

I've checked that the times are resetting and they seem to be. I've checked that my timezones are correct and that the time displayed in RSCenter matches my system clock.

Out of the last 10 races I've tried to run only 2 have worked correctly and allowed me to race. I'm at a total loss as to what is going on and am ready to try anything to get this working again.

Test this : adjust the GMT in the settings window and start again in public session

I've tried different settings under GMT/UTC but it doesn't seem to matter. Did you have a specific way you wanted me to set it?

I've tried setting RSCenter to GMT-5, GMT-4 and GMT.
