RSRBR run well under Windows 7 64 bits.
But....
You must read this

For install under Windows 7 you must keep in mind that RBR and RSRBR can't be installed in these folders "Program file", "Program", "user".
Create a new folder like this "C:\Games\RBR" for example.
Keep also in mind that RSRBR must be installed in the same folder that RBR, not in a sub-folder of the RBR folder.

You must also make this :

Start Button » Control Panel » System » System and Maintenance.
Click on Advanced system settings. Administrator permission required.
Under Performance, click Settings.
Click on the tab DEP data, then click on "Turn on DEP data for all programs and services except those I select."

Then you click on the button "Add" and you add all the following software:
(they are all at the root of game)
- rscenter2010.exe
- rsrbr3dratio.exe
- RichardBurnsRally_SSE.exe
- RBR Startup.exe
- RBRdll.exe
- CamHack.exe
- LanceurAddOns.exe
- SETUP_MANAGER2.exe
- SKINS_MANAGER2.exe
- sendreplays.exe
- sendtimes.exe
- SkinsWizard.exe
Save changes, then re-boot your computer.


If after all that RSRBR does not still work, use this utility of diagnosis, it is in French but it is not a problem for us . Just make what there is write below.

Download and launch this utility of repair. utilitaire de dépannage de RSRBR. (DepannageRSRBR2010.exe)
Once launched, click the lower left button "Analyse simple".
Once the ended analysis, selects nothing, copy nothing, return directly here to post a new answer.
In the text field, make a right click and chosen "Paste".

You can put a comment following the report of analysis.

still can't run it, says Physics File absent! Your installation of RSRBR2010 is not valid !!!

Sorry but you are right, you have a problem with the language on your computer.
This utility can't read somme text files correctly.
This utility use UTF8 code for chars.
