I Installed The RBR game then patched it...then installed the 2011 RSRBR...then i installed the 2 updates for it...and i installed a car pack...i tried launching a game(stand alone) but no luck....my screen reaches the loading screen my game loads then it blinks and goes back to my RSRBR launcher....

I'm running it on win 7 i have a good graphics card etc... it's most probably not hardware...please help i tried everything!

Download and launch this utility of repair. utilitaire de dépannage de RSRBR. (DepannageRSRBR.exe)
Once launched, click the lower left button "Analyse simple".
Once the ended analysis, selects nothing, copy nothing, return directly here to post a new answer.
In the text field, make a right click and chosen "Paste".

You can put a comment following the report of analysis.

With Windows Vista / 7
Start Button » Control Panel » System » System and Maintenance.
Click on Advanced system settings. Administrator permission required.
Under Performance, click Settings.
Click on the tab DEP data, then click on "Turn on DEP data for all programs and services except those I select."

Then you click on the button "Add" and you add all the following software:
(they are all at the root of game)
- rscenter2011.exe
- rsrbr3dratio.exe
- RichardBurnsRally_SSE.exe
- RichardBurnsRally.exe
- RBR Startup.exe
- RBRdll.exe
- CamHack.exe
- LanceurAddOns.exe
- SETUP_MANAGER2.exe
- SKINS_MANAGER2.exe
- sendreplays.exe
- sendtimes.exe
- SkinsWizard.exe
Save changes, then re-boot your computer and you do a test

Ok first of all thaynk you for the fast reply...2nd i tried the DEP thingy with adding the .exe files, but the same thing is happening.

I also ran the other utilitaire de dépannage de RSRBR (DepannageRSRBR.exe) , but i got an error i couldn't even really run it.

It said:

Cette version l'utilitaire de dépannage n'est pa adaptée pour l'update installé sur votre machine.

Version de l'update installé:
Version de l'update pris en compte par cet utilitaire : 02

Veuillez mettre à jour RSRBR en installant le(s) update(s) manquant(s).

Oh, and today i tried another pack i was till now suing the N4_S2000_1 pack...and it wasn't working. Today i used the A8W-09 pack and the game was running normal... but i still want to fix it so it works with the other pack also...

You must install the 2 update that you can find here :

then if it doesn't work again re-launch the utility and make a screenshot of the error if it doesn't launch.

For the updates you must install the update 01 AND the update 02 (in order).
For the number at the end of the installation its an error don't look at it

You have re-launch the utility after the install of the 2 updates or before ?
If you launch it before then re-launch it after the installation of the 2 updates.

i installed update 01 then 02 then launched it i don't know why i am getting this error.

To play with the N4S2000 car pack, you must install the complete pack (I see this pack in your picture).
We don't know why, but this pack don't work We try to found why.

Perhaps the "utilitaire de dépannage" don't detect this an put an error message...

- Go to the Windows registry.
- Go to this key : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SCi Games\Richard Burns Rally\RSRBR\InstalledUpdate2011
or this key if you run a 64 bits version of Windows 7

iiiiihhhhaaaaaaaa..... problem solved Thank you first of all to all the people who tried to help me...really usefull forum quick replies...it was amazing in 1day i got my rsrbr 2011 to work...

Aube's solution worked...so whoever has this problem just install the full pack then all is good....

But my biggest thanks goes to Phil63 thanks a lot Phil for all the suggestions...and mega fast replies...

I know this question is a little off subject, but can any1 tell me how i can watch my saved replayes...

You must choose the same pack, car, stage and mod that elements that has been used in the replay file.
Then you must click on the button below (sorry but my game is in French ).


Select "Pilote profile"

... and "Load replay" (or something like that in english)


After, select the replay you want to see and valid your choice

   

Only for this car pack we have problems, and we don't know why   So, if some of your friends have se same problem, tell us to look at your message here
