I assume that I can post in English ? If so:
Being rather new to sim racing and particularly to RBR (with RSRBR) I am still struggling to find a good balance between keeping my car on the road and being able to control my car in the curves. Of course I will have to practice a lot, but I also would like to be sure that my settings for Filter Settings of my wheel are o.k. I hope therefore that someone can give me a good starting point.

My wheel is a Thrustmaster GT 430 Wireless, which is actually the same as the F 430, only without FFB (which is not a very big issue for me), and being wireless. It has a fixed 270 degrees of turning.

Maybe I can ask the following questions:
1) Which settings should I use, to start with, for Maximum Fade and Saturation Speed ?
2) Am I right that Curvature s more or ,less the same as Dead Zone in other games ?
3) What would be a good setting for Steering Lock ?

But is it, for the filter settings, of importance how many degrees of rotation the wheel has ?
Your G25 can be set to 900 degrees and my Thrustmaster only to 270 degrees.
How many degrees do you use for the G25 ?

350 and 650 to 750 in cars setup
If you juste have 270 in your wheel, you have to come down on car setup than mine
