Message Surface Mod Visuals do not work
I tried to load up tarmac mod at Australia today and while the physics are for tarmac, the track still looks like a gravel surface.  I've tried doing the snow mod at France and it's the same thing, track looks exactly the same as the normal stage but has the snow physics.  

How do I fix this?  I'm pretty sure last time I tried to run it the visuals worked fine, might have changed after the 07 update?

Download and launch this utility of repair. utilitaire de dépannage de RSRBR. (DepannageRSRBR2011.exe)
Once launched, click the lower left button "Analyse simple".
Once the ended analysis, selects nothing, copy nothing, just return directly here to post a new answer.
In the text area, make a right click and chose "Paste".

You can put a comment following the report of analysis.

I unistalled RSRBR11 and the car pack, reinstalled with all the updates, and reinstalled the complete car pack and still the mod surface textures are not working.

I ran the program again after the reinstall
