Evo X convert from WRC 03 (made by A.Racer) already in use RSRBR 2013, now converted Polo not allowed  .... why?

Evo X was converted me from the game WRC01 back in 2010, apparently over the years the policy of the site has changed.

Please Alex,include your Polo WRC in the next RSRBR2014....            

I am pleading for the same, such as the flagship car of the season Rally unavailable!
I have understood that if they make changes to the original model, and can not be considered plagiarism.
Perhaps to change the front lights, auxiliary lights, extra lights, wheels, and some other details, the car can no longer be considered as a copy.
It is my humble opinion, I am a designer and at least so for these lands.

I think if you could change with optical lenses, it actually has the VW Polo R WRC, the car would radically change.

i don't know how much did you edited the original model, but there were some worries (in comments @ rbr+) about WRC4 model:
- mirrors from concept > too big
- wing, too high
- rear bodykit, not wide enough
- general dimensions

I read your comments on the "RBR +".
Wheelbase and track - this is the first that I have changed and they correspond with the size "POLO R WRC" found on the Internet . Overall dimensions as well as the original except for the front bumper, which stands at 23 mm forward ( fix it later).
On the original POLO R WRC 2013 sets other mirror (not from the concept ) . They are not only lower , but also have another shape. I think they need to be re- modeled .
I have already changed the wing .
Rear view camera in the game WRC4 stands too close , and apparently so did Milistone liposuction rear bodykit   . I too have already corrected .

1.On the first picture:
Look polo.ini file
 [i_window_f]
Predicate = NotUsed
Switch = false
SwitchBox = light
FaceBlock0_Material = internal transparent :: tire
FaceBlock0_Shader = CarIntGlass

maybe you
  FaceBlock0_Material = external transparent :: tire

If everything is correct - then compare the texture
    "polo_external_transparent.dds"
and
    "polo_internal_transparent.dds"
they must be very different.
