Hello guys and big respect for your work u doing for all of us!!!

I installed RBR and RSRBR to my friend, and now i'm doing this post through team viewer connection.
Didnt find any other problem similar ot ours. So, here is analysis:

I see lots of issues with cars, but main problem is with RSCentarChampionship.
Alone works just fine, but champ not. When he try to enter rally, countdown doesnt do well and when 5 mins expire GO button dont react and cant go into stage.

I have entered all *.exe's in DEP as in ur W7 installation tutorial and find realy strange problem there. I entered all 2014 files in and rebooted. Champ dont work, and when go to inspect see in DEP 2013 and 2014 Alone, Champ....

Edit: Now i tried everything u sugested in your post earlier and I'm on his computer now, not through teamviewer and still get all the same probs. Cant connect to rally. Aldough, I see now that connection icon in RSC was red and now is gray and says "Connection test deactivated"
Tried to google for this DEP problem and solution, and found this:

Also I tried to search in registry and did found those files from 2013 somewhere in it 2 days ago, but cant remember exact locations now. Lots of work and time...  :XXX  :GGG
Pls give me some easier solution for this BS i've got with my friend's comp!  :-O()

In your screenshot I can see "RSCenter2013Alone.exe" etc... in the DEP  :-:

You must remove them, reboot the computer and add 2014 versions.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough, see my first post... I did remove them, inserted all files from 2014 and rebooted, but when I went to check DEP there was again 2013 and mixed with new ones from 2014 files (shown in picture of DEP). Then removed all, reboot, and wanted to add files to blank DEP and when turn it on, saw again just 2013 files in. Somehow those files are locked in DEP and cant be removed from it. If u checked those links i posted above, u can see that they explain there that one should firstly remove all from DEP and then deinstall all.
Unfortunately i did opposite and now got problens with old exe's in DEP.
I was thinking that if I can remove keys of those files in registry, maybe then it will be possible to remove them from DEP or even gone from DEP... thats above my knowledge, but can remove them if u can point me with paths. That much i know to do in registry...  o|:)

Yep, my DEP looks preety much the same as yours...
Save changes?! What u mean by that?
First I click on Apply and then on OK, so when I do that DEP turns off automaticaly... should I turn it on again and repeat all procedure or just click OK, cus it doesnt give u possibility to go for Apply if u dont make any changes in it...
Little  :-? now...

Edit: And what do you think about those car issues, should I reinstall car packs or what.
Just now my friend called me to tell he did managed to enter champ rally, but game started with great lag so there must be something that is in conflict.
He gave up on this rally, but told me that game it self did spent a lot more time to start than usual as RSCentar and entering champ rally, also reported that connection icon was gray but still somehow managed to drive... So confusing :S

I'm very sorry if I'm confusing to you, but RBR on mine comp is ok and workin'  just fine. Whole this time I write in his behalf and problems with his computer and instalation. He is noob for computers and dont speak english, but great racer in real life, so im his spokesman in this case and I did install everything on his computer and do maintain it. So you can consider all this as my problem...
I asked for your help because this what happens there is out of my league, wouldn't bother you if I knew how to fix it...  :oops:
Would appreciate if you and other guys find some solution to desolve this matter. I did all you instructed me in previous posts and his game is still lousy and was just give feedback info of curent behaviour of his computer as he reportd to me...
I hope that I cleared everything regarding this matter to you now... again sorry for bother!

Ok, since no one can't or won't help, I'll tryed again to remove all from DEP, rebooted, again added 2014 files and again reboot. Now we have all files from 2013 and 2014 together in it. Tried to do champ rally and did manage to do it, although now we can drive and car is doing normal in stage, but connection icon is still all time gray collored and when game is uploading stage, does it very laggy and obviously it has some conflict in it, so PLS, ANYONE, look into this problem and suggest some solution, if got any idea how to solve it...

He drove yesterday R40 Greek Rally Championship on Olympiako Rally (Coef. 2) and he told me that when he finnished it he got message "Time sent successfully!"
He even doesn't kow what that means and surely don't know how to sed them to You guys  :D
Hope that You will find something in this diagnostics, so we could fix it and enjoy those new tracks!  :D/

Not quite... We have made some ​​progress but game still isn't as it should be.

As I wrote in my post above... we are able to drive champ rally now, but still have a problem with very slow entry into the track and a connection icon is still gray collored all the time, although we are able to connect and drive.
Another weird thing is that message we get when finnish champ rally - "Time sent successfully!"
